Notes for Installation of the Ten Forward Theme for Windows 95/98

Resolution: 800x600 or higher
Colours: High Colour (16 bit)

Microsoft Plus! 95/98 is NOT a requirement for the use of this theme.


=/\= Installation instuctions =/\=

For users WITH the Microsoft Plus! 95/98 Desktop Theme program:

1)  Unzip the "TenForward.zip" file in this directory:
    C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\

    (This should put the Ten Forward directory with all the files in:
    C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\Ten Forward\
    and put this text file and the Ten Forward.theme file in this directory:
    C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\ )

    The Ten Forward.theme file will only work properly if all files are in these directories.
    If you'd rather have them in other directories, you must change the Theme setup.

2)  Run the Ten Forward.theme file to change your desktop settings.
    This file includes sounds, cursors, icons, wallpaper and desktop appearance settings.

3)  Enjoy!

For users WITHOUT the Microsoft Plus! 95/98 Desktop Theme program:

1)  Unzip the file anywhere, then manually change the settings from the control panel.
    For help with this, got to:

2)  The Ten Forward.theme file can be deleted, unless you think you'll use it some other time.
    To change the colour settings of your desktop, read the "TF Desktop colours.txt" file.
